Q: Are there any maintenance fees or booking fees to pay?
A: Navigator has no annual maintenance fee. Depending on the type of Navigator Ownership you have purchased from your Vendor there may be a booking fee to pay for each week used or these may be included. If you wish to use a week in Peak Time and there is availability then there is a supplement of £49 per week. Likewise if you wish to upgrade to a 2-bedroom apartment then the upgrade fee is again just £49 per week.
Q: How can I pay my booking fee?
A: If there is a booking fee to pay for a reservation, you can pay this at the time of making the reservation. Payment can be made by credit card or cheque and the reservations agent will explain the procedure to you at the time of making your reservation.

Q: Can I use more than 1 week in a particular year?
A: Yes - you can use all 3 of your weeks in a particular year if you wish. You just need to ensure that you have used all 3 of your weeks before the expiry date of your membership as shown on your Holiday Certificate.
Q: What if I do not want to use a week in a particular year?
A: No problem - just use it in the following year, or any other time during your membership before the expiry date of your membership as shown on your Holiday Certificate.
Q: What happens if I cancel a confirmed reservation?
A: As long as you notify us on the reservations line of your cancellation more than 30 days before the start date of the week you want to cancel, you will be able to make another booking and will not lose the use of a week. Please note, however, that if a special offer applies to that week, such as the inclusion of flights, then the entitlement to that offer may be lost.
